Chasse des Petits Bois is a French non-profit association (Loi 1901) dedicated to the traditional practice of hunting and the preservation of our local natural heritage. Established in March 2016, our association brings together outdoor enthusiasts who share a deep respect for nature, wildlife management, and the cultural heritage of the French countryside.
Our mission is to foster a community of responsible outdoorsmen who prioritize safety, ethical practices, and the ecological balance of our rural landscape.
Our Core Activities
Under our official classification for Sports & Recreational Activities (NAF 93.19Z), our club focuses on three essential pillars:

Responsible Hunting Practices: We organize and manage group hunts in the “Petits Bois” region, ensuring that all activities are conducted in strict accordance with French hunting laws and safety regulations.

Environmental Stewardship: Our members act as guardians of the forest, participating in the monitoring of wildlife populations and the maintenance of natural habitats to prevent ecological imbalance.

Friendship & Social Connection: We promote the “Art of Living” in the countryside, creating a social space where members can share technical knowledge, traditional lore, and a mutual passion for the outdoors.

Operating under the National Collective Agreement for Sport (CCNS), Chasse des Petits Bois upholds a code of conduct based on mutual respect—respect for our peers, respect for local residents, and, most importantly, respect for the environment. We believe that hunting is a vital link to our history and a practical way to engage with the biodiversity of our region.
